With the many redundancies leaving the company hierarchy unrecognisable and uncertain, daily practices became mostly about staying relevant. Staff acted out in increasingly drastic ways to demonstrate their value. Team building exercises grew to become games of corporate chicken. Human Resources disintegrated into a sentient file cabinet. The janitor claimed the more lawless east wing of the offices as his birthright. The mail room became a form of protective custody for those nearing retirement.
This artwork was created digitally on Procreate with specialty brushes and my individually designed textures and lines. It’s then printed by me using a very, heavy, very large printer on professional grade, archival paper and packaged by hand.
