All domestic and international orders are shipped using Australia Post. Artworks are shipped in Rigid Mailers with a compostable, waterproof and plastic free liner with a rigid cardboard mailer. Larger works are shipped rolled in a tube.

Registered Domestic Post With Tracking: $12

Standard domestic orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 2-7 business days depending on your location. 

Express Domestic Post With Tracking: $15

Express domestic orders are dispatched the following business day and arrive within 1-2 business days. 

International Post With Tracking: $25

International orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and shipping times are estimated between 7-10 business days depending on your location. 

DAMAGED ORDERS

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. While every care is taken to make sure your orders arrive to you safely, Easty Beasty accepts no liability for items damaged by AusPost during freight. All orders are insured, so in the unlikely scenario that your order is damaged during freight, you can lodge a compensation claim with Australia Post. You can do so here. At the same time, do please let me know if anything is damaged, and I will do what I can to help.

RETURNS

Once you’ve received your item, if you change your mind, I’m happy to refund the item providing you get in touch within 7 days via whoiseasty@gmail.com. All returns must be shipped within 7 days of return confirmation.

Returned items must be in the same condition and packaging you received it in. The item must not be used and include all packaging where applicable. 

Easty Beasty reserves the right to inspect all returns for refunds and refuse a refund if the product appears to have been used or damaged in any way.

Return delivery costs will be met by the customer.
