I tinted this wood panel with a teak wood oil, as I wanted to create a more vintage look. After this, I  follow by pouring a slightly pigmented opal resin over the wood panel. After it cures, the artwork itself is created by hand with posca pen. A second layer of resin poured over the top seals the artwork in a high-gloss finish with a subtle glitter shimmer. The flames, the dolphins, and the slightly darker wood are all throwbacks to a bygone era. I also always look for dolphins when I'm surfing. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"311\" data-end=\"477\"\u003eThis artwork uses UV-resistant resin, which contains chemical compounds to resist yellowing. However, please ensure you don't hang the artwork in direct sunlight, as this can make the artwork yellow over time.
